Yoga Teacher Training, 230-Hour

February - September, 2018 in Atlanta, Georgia

Whether you wish to teach or deepen your personal practice of Yoga, this 8-month training program provides resources, knowledge, experiences, and support to recognize your individual purpose, find your passion, and move into your truth and power.

Vira Bhava Yoga School, based in Nevada City, California, offers a full spectrum, integrative Yoga experience that is Yoga Alliance (YA) Certified and surpasses the YA standards. Atlanta-based Vira Bhava Teacher, Maria Borghoff 500-RYT, will be leading our 230-hour training program at Pure Motion Yoga. The program is firmly rooted in Sri Vidya Tantric Yoga philosophy with the intention of teaching empowered Yogis to expand and apply their understanding of Yoga asana, anatomy, history, philosophy, and body energetics. In this training we come together as a community seeking profound and dramatic transformation in ourselves and our world.

Starting in February 2018, we will meet monthly for one full weekend (Friday 7-9pm, and Saturday-Sunday 9am-6pm). Upon completing the program in September 2018, graduates receive a 230-hour certificate of training and are eligible to register as a 200-hour Yoga Teacher through nationally recognized Yoga Alliance.
